Three years ago, steve silvestri installed our plumbing and heating systems for our entire house. Since then, we've had no heat or severe lack of heat in several rooms (he installed the radiant heat pumps upside down and did not turn on valves), hot water coming out of our cold water faucets, dripping drain pipes in three of our sinks, almost every plumbing fixture he installed had to be reinstalled by another plumber b/c he couldn't do it properly, I've had a new kitchen faucet, 2 shower sprays, handheld tub spray, 5 toilet levers, replaced and reinstalled because he broke them while he was installing them improperly. He refused to accept he did these things wrong and told us that we were incorrect and did not know what we were talking about. I would NEVER recommend him and I WOULD BEWARE if you ever consider using him other than switching out a valve in your simplest plumbing fixture. Good luck to you if you decide to use him after this review!
