Review content:
We have go to them for the last 3 years. Each year we assume it wont happen again, but it does. They close and don't call you. So you may drive an hour to get there to find out they simply took the day off..."family emergency".
You may get a phone call telling you not to spend your check, after you have signed and sent off your packet. Worse yet, booked a trip based on that return. Then have to pay some of it back, because they claim they received a software update at the end of tax season. Are they serious?!?
Pros: they we work hard to get you money
Cons: you may have to give half of it back once you get your check
