DO NOT USE TRUGREEN NORTH!!! (Northern Columbus, OH)
Where do I start? Over two years of service, they continued to make me pay for trying to let them redeem themselves. Here is my basic list of issues.
- Uneven applications on the property line.
- Last summer, I just had my driveway resealed. They spread lime all the way across it when the did the application? I had white spots on my driveway for 2 months. They refused to even discuss the issue.
- On one of the applications, they put down too much fertilizer in areas and I had big dead spots in my lawn. I watered the fertilizer in, but there was just too much. Large areas of my yard are dead.
- Toward the end of the second year, I called to cancel the last application of the year, three days later, they applied the last application. They have no record of me calling to cancel my service, and they refuse to remove the charge from my bill. So I will pay it, but never again will I use them.
They were very polite to work with, and the always insist that their work is guaranteed, but they never once acted on making any of these actions right. I cannot stress enough how dissatisfied I am with the services they have provided!
Pros: Polite.
Cons: Bad quality. Uneven applications. Refusal to make any of their mistakes right.
