Review content:
Businesses like insurance offices is something I normally don't leave feedback for. Its usually for a pair of shoes I have purchased or a restaurant I dined at. However, the customer service at Baciocco Brothers Insurance Agency went above and beyond that I just had to leave some good feedback for these guys. I don't care much for the whole "get the sale" mentality so it was very nice to see a business that didn't pull that with me when going in to speak to a rep about getting insurance for my home and car. I got it, spoke on what I wanted to discuss and was happy with the experience. I'm now a new customer and feel great about it.
