Review content:
Century 21 has certainly been around for years and years. They have made quite a reputation for themselves in the real estate community. An acquaintance recommended Century 21 to my aunt who was trying to sell her home of 30 years in order to move to a smaller place with her kids out of the house. The real estate agent's name was Martha Smies or somthing like that. She was knowledgeable and friendly. But, she seemed kind of distracted throughout the whole ordeal. She did the obligatory open house and buyer courting a bit, but it didn't seem like she went out of her way for my aunt. When the house did sell, the agent took a big chunk out for commission, of course.
