When we bought our house we were looking to get pre-approved before we started house hunting. We decided to go with Trustcorp Mortgage, and I'm glad we did. During our application process we dealt with a very nice lady and she was absolutely wonderful. She made the whole process go so smoothly. Then earlier this year we had a problem with the property taxes because of all of the mix ups with the bills. Instead of giving us the run around or telling us there was nothing they could do, they took us into an office and they were more than willing to do anything they could to help us.
