I work in customer service so I expect a lot and this team has got it down! I applied for a credit check over the internet and Tanya got with me first thing in the morning. I told her what I required in a vehicle and she brought out exactly what was top priority to me. The heater wasn't blowing properly, (because it had come unplugged), so Jason the on site mechanic took it and had it fixed before I got out of the finace office with Jeremy who was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions.
I am a single mom so dependibiliy is my #1 priority. The warranty I got made me feel more comfortable with the product and the company.
Pros: They report to credit beureau & include a sweet warranty!
Cons: High finacing rate, gives me drive to pay it off faster!!
