Work out....and get a massage at CHABA!!!! OH YES they're so good and reliable, that I work them into whatever daily/weekly/hourly routine I can think of. The "Supercuts" of Massage - but BETTER! I have all out-of-town visitors stop by during their stay - at their price point , and for that quality - it's one of my fave things about Burbank! ??
Lisa, their owner, has always run a very clean and professional business - since Day 1! She hand picks each massage therapist, and knows what she's doing, because she herself is an CMT (and an amazing one at that!)! Fave therapists include: Jessica,Mimi, Kathy , Jasmin. They are unbelievable. The only trick is finding a massage therapist that you like. They have a whole range of people who practice different styles, so you want to ask for a particular style, try a couple of people, and if you find one you like, know their schedule and always book with them!
For a Swedish, I see Jessica or Amy who is trained in Wat Po and both are great and has smooth hands.Sophia or Jasminis excellent for the REAL Deep Tissue Massage.
