Review content:
We went there for a Halloween Monster Bash. The kids were making slime, were given crayons to color pages, stickers etc. Basically making a mess and having a good time!
My 20 months old daughter grabbed a crayon and started scribbling on a mirror. I tried to stop her but she was about to throw a fit and I didn't want to disturb the party. Finally I was able to distract her and divert her attention to something else. As she was drawing i grabbed a wipe and was wiping her scribbles. I stopped to follow her while she was doing something else. My husband asked one of the workers for something to clean up and the very nice girl said that it was part of a hazard.
All of a sudden the owner grabs my arm and says in this very condescending manner: Sweetie, next time tell you child not to draw on the mirror or you are going to pay for it!"
WHAT!??????
What does she think she is running? A five star spa? This is a kids place. This type of thing is expected. I told her that and she said that we are welcome to leave and she ran out of the store.
Her staff wouldn’t give me a refund and we didn't get any of the promised treats!
The owner is a total BITCH! She was talking to us as if we were the children, in a very condescending and belittling manner!
I think her head got too big because some of the people gave her good reviews. The place is totally over hyped and definitely over priced.
