Review content:
Fitness on Frankfort is a neighborhood gym that prettied up. It's a funky, relaxing place that still manages to keep you focussed on your goals. In my experience the equipment is always clean, the staff always helpful, knowledgable and friendly and your fellow gym members are much the same. It's the kind of place that you look forward to visiting rather than dread. Of course that really helps with your motivation and keeps you coming back. Or at least that's how I feel when I'm there. I would really recommend giving this place a try. Last time I checked they had an offer for a free visit. You might call ahead to see if that's still going on or not.
