Businiess name:  Filling Station
Review by:  Nika L.
Review content:
The Filling Station, in downtown Bakersfield on 24th and F, has the best coffee in town. The drive-through coffee is set in a charming old gas station set up, on the corner of a busy street, for a quick caffiene fix on your way in or out of town on the 178. In addition to excellent drip and hot espresso drinks, which are all made with premium organic espresso beans, The Filling Station offers a dazzling array of sweet, blended, iced drinks that would put the green apron place to shame. These are coffees that drink like dessert, so make sure you have room, and pick from choices like vanilla hazelnut, German chocolate, humble monkey, or kahlua. Yum! Service is great, and the staff knows coffee, which is more than I can say for many take-n-go espresso joints popping up in local big box parking lots.
