Review content:
The Centre Area Transportation Authority has done well with recent budget cuts and really does care about the people they are serving. They are always on time and usually not very crowded, however the campus loops that they also run are a different story. Penn State has the Blue and White Loops and Link to transport students on campus tend to be very crowded and are not on a time schedule because they run so often.
