Review content:
I was referred to this place by my father-in-law who has a tendency towards beaters. So with that in mind, I have witnessed him constantly give this place his money for repairs both minor and major. Now, I have spent my fair share of money on repairs, but usually the car doesn't have the same problem again. For example, he purchased a replacement rebuilt tranny for a pretty penny, more than I would pay. Then the tranny went out again a few months later. Also we have taken both my car and his wife's car in for brake service multiple times and the job has never been satisfactory. I can perform a simple brake job, and expect any decent mechanic to get it right the first time. Alan has been on several occasions, so I fear it is his help that is the problem. However, it only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch.
