Review content:
The Cotton Exchange is located just outside Waterford in a barn looking type building. It is very nice inside. I've never eaten dinner there in the restaurant, but have been to many weddings in the banquet hall. It is very nice and the food has been pretty good on average. One wedding the food was terrible, but the other two we attended the food was excellent so they might have just had an off night. The staff is always very professional and the restaurant is very clean.
