Review content:
I've been to the original Tijuana Flats at UCF, and after recent visits to its Snellville primo, I can tell you this location carries on the tradition of excellence established in Orlando. The food (basic variety of tex-mex such as burritos, flautas, quesadillas, etc) is fresh and flavorful, but the delightful draw here is the quality and funky names given to the sauces available. I've always been a fan of Sma!k Me in the @&* and Call Me Sally, a very hot sauce, but given the dozen choices ranging from hot to mild/sweet, I'm sure you'll find something pleasing to your palate. Flats has a variety of bottled beer, but the only con here is the single beer on draft - PBR. Que horrible! And please do yourself the favor of trying the chocolate chip cookie dough chimichanga with chocolate syrup on top (make sure to ask for the syrup on top). A hidden gem at Flats, it's the incredibly tasty sugar rush of a lifetime, akin to Bart & Millhouse downing the all-syrup squishees at Apu's Kwik-E-Mart.
Service is excellent and be sure to check out the mural on the wall, likely depicting Steven Spielberg's imagined version of a local monument.
Pros: Variety of sauces, Great service/food, Funky atmosphere
Cons: Only PBR on draft??
