In defense of our lovely Spa the information on lsmith2222 posting was not quite complete. The couple did attempt to make an appointment with very short notice and the times we were available they had previous plans. On their appointment date there was a problem with the massage therapist not arriving on time since her car broke down - which is out of our control. We did our best to replace the therapist but unfortunately with such short notice it was not possible. We did however understand that this was the beginning of a special weekend for the couple and we offered a Comfort Facial to replace the massage (which would take place in the couple's suite) to allow them to proceed with their treatments AND free Massages in the future for the inconvenience. This was a value of $150.00 for a package that cost only $210.00. They were treated, as are all our guest with the utmost respect and kindness. This is the Comfort Zone - almost everyone who comes in is "Stressful" and given the opportunity, de-stressing is our forte! We did our best to accommodate them under the circumstances and certainly hope they return so that we can offer them the exceptional service we are known for.
