Review content:
I had a bad experience the last time I dropped by Lens Crafters. My glasses had become crooked and were giving me a headache, so I asked one of the technicians to please adjust them for me. She was very snotty about it and acted like she was too busy to give me and my sorry glasses any attention. I requested a couple more times in case she hadn't heard me, explaining my eye strain pain. She reluctantly took my glasses and took all of 5 seconds to tweak them. There was a slight improvement, but I was so fed up with her rude dismeanor that I hightailed it outtta there. The only reason I had been a customer of Lenscrafters in the past was because of Dr. Nguyen. She is the most bubbly, happy-go-lucky, energetic optometrist I have ever met. Her memory is still with me, but sadly I think she has moved on to a private practice in another location. Good for her, but bad for me.
