I purchased a trendy waterproof rain coat from this store last winter. They have a very strict return/exchange policy that dictates a time limit of 7 days from purchase. Well, on the 7th day, lo and behold, I discovered my rain jacket was indeed not waterproof in several spots. I decided to take it back for a refund that day, but the manager was not available and the only worker there was new and too unsure to take any action. I was stuck with the raincoat for another week and by then I had given up the possiblity of a refund.
