While the decor and ambiance are very nice, there needs to be more consistency (on the higher end of the spectrum) with the food, service and reservation policies. I reserved a bungalow, but was not told there is a 2 hour time limit for the bungalows. After an hour, my party was moved to another bungalow and told we could finish our drinks and food there. However, after about 30 minutes, a hostess advised us that we needed to move again. To make a very long story short, we refused to leave the bungalow advising several staff members that I had not been advised of the time limit when making the reservation and had already moved once. They finally agreed to allow us to stay in the bungalow until 9:30. The time limit is tacky, the food is inconsistent and the hostess was unprofessional.
