I have been extremely pleased with the Children's Learning Center at Oakland Family Services. Every mother hates the idea of putting their baby in a daycare situation but she is really thriving. The staff are so kind and loving to her and their facility is really very nice. I have never had any qualms about the cleanliness or the staff's professionalism. I do feel a little sad when she comes home having learned something new without me but I was ready to kiss the person that taught her how to blow her own nose! They also moved her from a bottle to a sippy cup like there was nothing to it, and we all know how stubborn a baby can be! Once in a while she comes home with scrapes from falling (new walker) but they are very consistent with following-up with an incident report. She seems happy with them and I've had no problems with separation anxiety. I highly recommend this center.
