Hi I'm Edie, the 1 the next review is shooting down. I know that this is not a real client bcuz if it was then they would know that I closed the big PH over 2yrs ago, so I have had no employees to yell at. I have NEVER EVER not shown up or do I pass people off. I may run behind a little but remember I am depending on clients to run on time & do what they schd to do but, I will always do what WE have decided is best just as I would do for the waiting client. If I'm running late I try to call the next client so that they can make the decision to run a quick erand first. I love what I do so I needed to respond to this. TY for hearing me out, I gaurentee my work 100%
