Review content:
After Hours Auto Care is one of the best mom and pop auto repair shops in Sacramento. They do not get the exposure they deserve because they are small and do not get all of the publicity like the big boys but they sure deserve it.
The staff consists of two owner operators who do it all, from taking appointments, to doing estimates, to being the technicians. Both of the technicians are ASE certified and will not try and rip off their customers.
They allow the customers to provide the parts and they will provide the service, and they can even get the parts if the customer chooses. They also provide exact and accurate estimates and diagnosis with no hidden cost or surprises. The will give the consumer the option to take back their old parts with them or to see the parts once the work is done. They will also go over with the customer of what the extent is of the work they are doing.
These guys are great and I can not say enough. They can work on all types of vehicles, I have even seen them working on hugh semi eighteen wheelers, and all of their customers seem 100% satisfied.
They can do minor tune ups to major vehicle restorations and motor swaps. Their shop is very clean and they are very courteous and polite maintaining great customer service.
They can also communicate is several languages besides english, such as Spanish, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Their hours of operation are very flexible but ask that customers call ahead and can also do pick ups and drop offs for the convenienence of their customers.
Their work is flawless and I suggest you at least give them a shot at giving you an estimate for your next auto repair needs.
