Review content:
NTB has brought together that rare blend of incompetence, untrustworthiness, and rudeness for a cocktail that will leave anyone who needs more than new tires steaming at the ears. Not only are they unable to diagnose a loose alternator belt (and with a name like national tire and BATTERY, that should be one of their core skills) but the proceeded to tell me that my brand new battery was bad. They also have no idea how anything other than a new gasoline engine works- I have an older diesel, and what they tried to tell me about the car (which I have had for 6 years and worked on extensively before moving to a townhouse that will not allow me to do the work) was so blatantly erroneous that I had the car towed to somebody competent. Their manager, to top things off, told me that I was wrong, and he didn't care if I wasn't happy. I guess they can work on simple problems on late-model cars, but I personally will try as hard as I can to never give these jerks a dime again.
