Review content:
Sonz Fitness Center looks like a regular fitness club with free weights, machines and aerobic machines. However, Sonz is dedicated to fitness coaching. You can work out at Sonz one on one with a fitness coach or in a group of 6. The purpose is to increase the intensity of your work out, because, as my fitness coach said, 'if you aren't working hard, you're just wasting your time.' I prefer to imagine that I'm sculpting my muscles, but I'm sure he's right. The cost is more than a gym membership, but Sonz group classes are reasonable and if you're really looking for results, it can be worth the extra cost.
