We filled out a request for moving quotes online and received 8 or 10 calls back and many emails from moving companies. Out of all the companies I spoke with, Prodigy Moving made a bigger first impression because their representative Billy who really took the time to explain everything I needed to know, and to ask a lot questions about my move and what I needed. I felt he really wanted to make sure I understood everything and boy did I need that lesson because it was all news to me. I did use the information he gave me: I checked not only the rating but also how many years each company was in business and the license/permit number of the moving companies I was considering, I asked for references from movers and compared prices. Prodigy were not the cheapest company I talked too but their price was definitely ok, they were right there in the middle, and had above average credentials based on all the checking I did. I am thrilled to say I made the right call because the crew they sent me worked relentlessly, never stopping for a minute. They treated my furniture as if it were their own. If you want a move with a clear head, no worries, and have things run smoothly, they are the to people call. I would ask for Alex and his team.
