Review content:
More expensive than Spago, plan on $100-$150 per person. I spent $80 for entree and $10 bottle of water that I poured myself. Ordered a well done steak the middle was rare, unbelievable. I ordered the potatoes au gratin $12 I got a pan of very thick cut potatos that tasted dried out burned with not enough cheese, disgusting. The waitress was friendly, prompt but she hovered too much. I told her I was a slow eater, a lie, to get her away from me. It was like she was watching me I started to feel self-concious. The ambiance was amazing, exactly the picture of a high class restaurant. Definitely go to the upstairs dining room the downstairs is not as good. The crowd is dressed up. If they make a mistake on the food, you should request a change, I just didn't want to bother with it.
Pros: Fantastic ambiance, good food, great breads
Cons: hovering service, very expensive, food mistakes
