They appear to be closed. I knew everything at Waverly was going so they could demolish and rebuild.
I walked up to the door and looked in. Looked like they had just left last night and walked out leaving everything. Tables still outside + a bunch of broken chairs. It had been a while, but food was always good and never had poor service.
