Review content:
Dr. Thompson and his staff have one of those practives where you can feel they all genuinely care about animals.
From the moment you walk in, the staff are constantly interacting with all the animals. They're either playing with the rambunctious ones or soothing the hurting ones.
Dr. Thompson is very thorough and kind. He takes the time to listen and explain and answer all your questions.
He takes the time to prepare any special needs or procedures very carefully, giving you all the options available.
The office has a full line of prescription Hill's foods for dogs and cats.
Both our dog and cat are patients. Kitty is 15 years old and doing so well thanks to Dr. Thompson.
The only thing I find as a con is they get so backed up. The office makes room for any emergencies, but sometimes it's a drag to wait 30-40 minutes past your appointment time.
I would suggest getting the first appt of the day if you can.
Dr. Thompson can handle xrays in house and most blood work and cultures.
He's a bit higher than othe area vets, but so worth it in his excellent patient manner.
