After a wonderful evening at Joel Robuchon, we were a little concerned that Rosemary's would not measure up. Oh, boy were we wrong! Even without reservations, we were seated immediately upon arrival, the service was quite attentive. We ordered the 5-course tasting menu, which was divine. We considered the 5-course with wine, but decided to be teetotalers for the evening instead. They serve some excellent Republic Of Tea iced teas. We specially requested that they switch the dessert on the pre fixe meal with the dessert of the day(cherry cobbler with cinnamon ice_cream), and they had no problem with that at all.
We will definitely be returning to Rosemary's when we aren't rushed (by show tickets).
Pros: Fabulous food, wonderful service, easy parking
Cons: WAY off the strip.
