Review content:
As a member for five years I enjoyed some of the staff. I enjoyed members. Yet, the management is terrible and they don't like customers. Management treats customers as if they are invading their space. They do not take care of your needs are combative and don't listen. The childcare staff, most are great. Yet, the director of childcare is awful. Kids are allowed to harm other kids because staff does not watch children properly. Youth locker rooms are horrible. And, there are not enough showers which creates stress among members. You have to wait an hour after you order food. tennis director is inpet. They like to blame the customer rather than fix any problem.
Would not recommend facility. Try Elite.
Pros: facility has such great potential
Cons: management is awful and it creates a tense atmosphere. Chilcare is dangerous
