My father is in his seventies and my mother still works fulltime. Thier drain became clogged so my dad decided to put acid down it to clear it out, dispite the fact that my chemistry major daughter told him it would destroy the pipes. Well she was very accurate. It not only ate through the upstairs pipes but through the ceiling and onto the downstairs sink destroying it also. My dad then called Portsmouth Plumbing to come and fix his mess. Well since then the sink upstairs completely refuses to drain and the sink they installed is two inches to short depthwise!!! Really! You think this is acceptable! Anyway they convinced dad it was until we made him call them back. He was supposed to involve my daughter but refused. When the guy came back he convinced dad again that he had no other option because his sink size is a special order. If its a special order then why can I google the sink width and the first one to show is the correct depth and you can pick it up off the shelf at Home Depot!!!! Now we have A1 American plumbing at his house trying to fix the sink upstairs that still doesnt work. Surprisingly it was put together incorrectly but he thinks he has figured out what is wrong the original plumber put a piece in backwards. This fix requires taking down the downstairs ceiling which wont be too hard though because I never finished mudding it because of the plumbing issues! Bottom line I wouldn't let this company plumb my doghouse!!!!
