I cannot feel bad for the two earlier reviewers (they got off easy) ... I spent $4,300 to have three dogs trained!!! Not only were the dogs not trained - they came home barking incessantly and behaving far more aggressively than prior to their stay. We handed to "Man's Best Friend" three litter mates ... two puppies in one household and the third living in a separate household. When we returned two weeks later they had confused the two females and had attempted to send us home with the WRONG dog!!!! My 7 year old nephew was in tears when he heard his little puppy was being trained with a choke collar. Is it really necessary to "train" a seven pound puppy with a choke collar?! I think not! The cost was exorbitant ... the service completely ineffective and the management/ownership team denying any wrong doing. The owner of the company offered to "re-do" the training ... NOT IN A MILLION YEARS would I subject my dogs to this training!!!! Pros: ... Still thinking ... Cons: Don't get me started!!!!
