Simply put our 6 month old Min Pin was out of control. She was a beautiful, high spirited, super energetic BRAT! After failing at attempting to train her the 'Smart" way, we took her to MBF. At the interview I let go of Bailey's leash so the staff could evaluate her. She proceeded to bite the 1st trainer, bite the manager, relieve herself in the middle of the floor and find a nice corner of the manager's desk to chew on. We presented MBF with the challenge of training Bailey without changing her personality. We wanted a beautiful, high spirited, super energetic, "well-behaved" dog. We were assured that someone named Malcolm could accomplish this feat, however he was not there at the time of the initial interview. We agreed to Bailey's training dates and she was enrolled in the 14-day program. I returned to MBF to check on Bailey and meet Malcolm after Bailey had been at MBF for a few days. Malcolm was straightforward, and honest about the task at hand. After sharing a bit of his background with me, I was encouraged that he would be able to train Bailey. Upon returning from vacation, we went to MBF to pick up Bailey and was pleasantly surprised with what she learned. She is now able to follow commands and her behavior has improved drastically. She is under control for the first time in her life. We have nothing but sincere gratitude for Malcolm and the staff at MBF. Malcolm has provided us with a solid foundation from which we can build on and continue to to enjoy our beautiful, high spirited, super energetic, "well-behaved" Bailey! Way to go Malcolm!! Many Thanks, Abbott & Amelia
