So I went and saw Cyndi for my first Brazillian last Saturday. I was very skeptical, but after talking on the phone with her I was a little more optomistic about my first visit. Upon my arrival, all of my fears and insecurities came rushing back. I was super nervous, but Cyndi reassured me that I'd make it through. She did tell me that the first time would be the worst and that the next time would be half of what I was going to experience that day. That sounded promising! Cyndi was very professional and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. I love the wax they use! It's the blue wax that only sticks to the hair and not the skin! It was great. Of course, there were a few pulls that hurt, but they did not bring me to tears. I was unsure as to whether or not I wanted to leave the "landing strip". I opted to take it all off this time, and I am loving it. It takes some getting used too, but I am really enjoying it and wondering why I didn't do this sooner!!!!
