Review content:
I have been going to this salon for several years. I had recently lost my job and couldn't afford my regular girl, so I went to one of the new girls- they generally charge less because they're fresh out of beauty school (her name escapes me.. she has blonde hair and is really skinny). She was very rude. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her what I wanted. I don't know what that was about, because it was pretty basic. Then she proceeded to hack off all of my hair. I asked for blunt ends and layers starting below the ear (to avoid the mullet look). It looked fine when I left the salon- even though the layers were wayyyy above my ear, but I noticed how horrible it was when I got home.
My friend (who lives far away) is a hairdresser, and I went to visit her. She asked me right away why I had cut my hair with kitchen scissors. She tried to fix it (God love her), but it still looked like s**t. It's been three months now, and is only -starting- to look normal.
Long story short... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. You're better off taking a chance at Best Cuts.... Or doing it yourself.
I'll never go back.
Pros: Good products.
Cons: Service.
