I have been to this Salon numerous times the last 2 experiences have been terrible! The technicians are excellent: massage was great, pedicure was so relaxing & the make-up artist is the best I have ever had! The PROBLEM is the front desk/OWNER. She was rude ( I can get over that since her techs are good BUT she didn't provide what was promised for the gift certificate & she insisted I pay a 20% tip ( which amount to $60) for a service that was good, but was not worth that! She also pressured another customer at the desk ( a young girl of 15 or 16 yrs old) to over pay on a tip! I would NOT recommend this Spa/ Salon go somewhere else where the owner treats you well and doesn't cheat you on service.
