Well, first of all, there isn't as wide of a selection as Pearle Vision, Lens Crafters... It's local roots would make it an ideal choice for someone who does not want to go to Poway or Carmel Mountain to pick up some glasses. The turn-around time is ok, within a few days. However, there was a probelm with them not able to find my insurance plan or something in the computers. They said they would fix it, and give me call....but a week later, no call.
Overall, the quality is ok, but unless you don't want to travel, consider going to Lenscrafters or Pearle Vision...i went to Costco...VERY cheap high qaulity, but a week turnaround time.
So, in the end, you are best suited to a larger retailer. I do not know if they carry contacts, but if they do, then that would be the place to go....
