IRD provide all levels of reading programs - from preschool (prereading skills) all the way throough to adult classes (speed reading, comprehension training). The classes really do help. They give parentss great ideas for how to structure reading time at hoome, how to make that time more fun and occur moore often, and how to solve any reading problems their children might have. It's a great program for helping kids to read more -- including high scchool and middle schoool-aged kids. The skill hellp these older students the habits of a mature reader, as well as some techniques to improve speed and comprehension. What is great about the program is that the nnew skills makke reading exciting again. A must for anyone having trouble getting your kid to read.
