Review content:
I've been servicing my car at San Francisco Toyota for two years now. Every visit has been easy and painless. They're professionals and impressive. They know what they're doing. I'm always comfortable that my car is in the best hands possible. I can't say the same about my previous experiences at other shops. I used to go to their Van Ness location. Routine 5,000-mile checkups would take about two hours. Now, I go to the new location on Geary. The longest I've waited for a routine oil change/ inspection there is 40 minutes. They say it will be an hour, but it's always faster. I've never had any difficulty scheduling an appointment. Usually, I make appointments online. I’m always able to get in when I want to. My recent visit is what prompted me to write a review, though. My car was in an accident. My first thought was to go to a body shop. However, I was concerned about the electrical components and decided to go to SF Toyota first. This turned out to be a good call. Peter, the manager, was extremely helpful. He called me multiple times throughout the process to keep me updated. They took care of everything including the removal and reapplication of my carpool stickers. The car is good as new. What really got me fired up though, was the quick turnaround time. I dropped the car off on Friday morning. Peter told me it would be ready by Wednesday of the following week. Instead, he called me that Monday. The car was ready two days early. For me, that meant two less days in a rental. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. In my assessment, it's not the typical car dealership experience. Pros: Fast Cons: What are the drawbacks?
