Stratford offers academic programs for young children in preschool and pre-kindergarten and for elementary students in kindergarden through eighth grade
For preschool and pre-kindergarten, Stratford offers both half-day and full day programs. Parents may choose among morning and afternoon programs that are two, three, or five days per week and a full day program that is five days per week. Two-day programs are on Tuesdays and Thursdays; three-day programs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; and five-day programs from Monday through Friday. Kindergarten programs are half-day or full day for five days per week, and first through seventh grades are for the full school day and five days per week. Extended care is available both before and after school.
Average Homework Time by Grade Level:
* Preschool and Pre-kindergarten: None
* Kindergarten and First Grade: 30 minutes
* Second and Third Grade: 45 minutes
* Fourth and Fifth Grade: 60 minutes
* Sixth through Eighth Grade: 90 minutes
My niece knows so many things and she is just in kindergarten. We like the education.
