Businiess name:  Kingsbury Club & Spa

Review content:
Kingsbury features a wide selection of equipment and a very large pool. It also has tennis courts, a nice restaurant, and a day spa. The price for my wife and I : $475.00 ENROLLMENT FEE $140.00 per month $1540.00 annually w/discount Although the club was very nice, the tour guide-Robin was rude and impersonal. Not only did she offend both of us, but when an elderly man in a wheelchair trying to use the handicapped ramp near the restaurant crossed her path she told him to stop and back himself up the ramp so she could pass. As soon as my wife and I saw the man approaching we had stopped and moved out of the way at the bottom of the ramp. When she turned around she must have realized how inconsiderate she looked because she sheepishly walked to the bottom of the ramp so he could pass. After we followed her to her office she told us the rates. Before we could say anything she said "Maybe you should try the Y". I don't have a problem with the price as long as you are shown appreciation by the staff. And I was not. Thanks Robin! Pros: lots of equip. and ammenities Cons: expensive, snotty tour guide
