Review content:
Waltham Pest Control quoted me a price of $510 to exterminate one unit of my two family house. When they came to perform the service I wasn't there and the technician (following the instructions of the tenant), exterminated both units. I was charged $1,020 and informed that the price should have been closer to $1,400.
Other exterminators (MB Weaver for instance) charge closer to $250 a unit for the same service.
After talking with the tenant and serviceman, It appears he did a good, thorough, job.
