every baked good i have purchased from homestyles is outstanding - the quality is superb - the problem is the staff, not the whole staff, just the two older women - there is a short woman with dark hair and a tall woman with strawberry blond hair who have a terrible attitude. they make you feel as tho you are bothering them when you order something - the other staff members are sooooo friendly, but these two women always make snide remarks and make you feel as tho you are taking up their time. whenever i go, i try to get one of the younger people to wait on me because these two women can ruin your morning.i order from them on a regular basis for my family as well as for work events and i wish someone would tell them that they really need to be pleasant. i have seen them be mean to other customers and sometimes the customers bark back at them - it makes for a very awkward situation.
