i am a long term client who was present at the time of drop off with this client, i also was present at the time of pick up, i remember staff member john explaining to this lady that she would be charged for her day of drop off and would be charged through sunday, just as a human hotel would do.
I also remember him explaining the 10% discount was for one dog and not the entire bill.
I I know that Tenaker is professional and the entire staff enjoys what they do.
