DO NOT GO HERE!! IF I COULD GIVE ONE STAR I WOULD
Please note: Even though the NAME says San Marcos this "Spa/Salon" is in a worn out strip mall in Gilbert. It is NOT in Chandler by San Marcos Resort. They use that website to scam you into making appointments with them.
I went with some friends for facials and pedicures "girls afternoon out". It was the most horrible experience I have ever had! My pedicure consisted of my feet being in SCALDING water for over an hour! Then just a quick rub with some lotion. NO massage, no clipping of toenails, no callus removal, NOTHING! When I asked (argued for) a refund I was FINALLY told that they would run a refund through at the end of the day. (She did not)
THEN they added to my credit card slip AFTER I signed it. When I called to complain that I did not get a refund the person screamed, yelled and threatened to add even MORE to my charge! She told me I was a horrible mean person and that I got more services than I was charged for! I have also spoken with a Jeri/Stacy/Terri person who sounds just like "Charlie" who refused to give me a credit/refund. She also claimed to have videotaped and recorded everything that day. I volunteered to come in and listen to and watch them, not gonna happen! All I want my refund on the WORST pedicure EVER and a refund for the extra $$ added to my charge card. They now refuse to answer or hang up when I call. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
