Review content:
Okay, here's another Raqvi review. I am a huge fan of quality food, and sushi must be high quality! I ate here once, and even if I hadn't relocated to another part of the country, I wouln't have gone back. The sushi was subpar... more like a triple bogey. Warm fish does not cut it for me... especially when it is not fresh and smells fishy. I make sushi at home when I have the time, and I can honestly state that the quality of the rolls at Kazan was not even as good as what I can make. The rice was dull in flavor and the technique was very poor. All I know is that Shi ra Soni on Hammer has always been top notch for sushi in Stockton (and anything top notch in Stockton is worth seeking out!)... go here instead, the food and atmosphere are much better.
Pros: North Stockton, Not South Stockton
Cons: Not fresh
