My husband and I stayed here while visiting Catalina Island for the weekend. We have stayed at several Hilton's before and I have never experienced such poor quality before. On our first night we arrived late and were given a room with a broken bed, and a plogged shower. The next morning I informed the staff of the issues with the room and was given a new room right away. However, I was offered no apology or any compensation for the horrible room. The new room was good, no broken bed or plogged shower. Upon check out I spoke to a supervisor who promised to comp the movie and breakfast we had. To date there have not been any credits to our account. I am dealing with however a $50.00 mysterious charge from them that neither my husband or I know anything about! Plus, the jacuzzi was cold! Pros: Starbucks Coffee, Good food in diner Cons: , Not "Hilton Quality"
