Review content:
It is important to be serious about protecting your eyesight, but sometimes you can be a little too serious, as I found Vision Care of Media to be. During the thorough and properly administered check up, I made it clear that my insurance only covered one visit every two years. The Dr. Fediw provided pressure to come back in for a field of vision test and many other tests. I said that I wouldn’t unless it was covered by insurance. She proceeded to call me on weekends and evenings to see why I hadn’t returned for my tests yet. I asked my general practitioner, who felt they weren’t necessary. If you are serious about your eyesight, enjoy talking to your optometrist on off hours, and have money to spend on unnecessary tests, this is the place for you.
