I have had my 2005 Honda Accord serviced/repaired by this shop multiple times, and have been really impressed by the honesty of the service staff and the competitive prices. I even take my wife's Toyota in for service, despite this being a Honda dealer. Each time I take a vehicle in, they call after they have inspected it to tell me what my options are and what the costs will be. I have never felt pressured to buy more expensive parts or to make unnecessary repairs, and the service staff is really good about explaining the technical background for repairs. They have even offered up advice on how to do things more cheaply on several occasions. I've had a lot of bad experiences with shops around town, and am very glad to have found an honest repair shop.
