These guys are the only ones I would call if I have more plumbing issues, which I hope I don't, because I think they have actually now worked on or replaced every dang pipe in my old decrepit house. We have had them come to our home on three occasions, and every time they have been here right when they said they would come. The plumbers we have had were all friendly, personable, and able to explain clearly what they planned to do in terms totally non-handy me could understand.
In none of the times I had them come did I ever feel like they were trying to "upsell" me to have them do work that we didn't need. Even when we had to debate whether to do the "quick fix" in our upstairs bathroom, or do the work that really needed to be done that was more expensive and time-consuming, we still did not feel pressured to do one or the other by the plumber. He just patiently explained the options and likely outcomes, which we really appreciated. He also fixed a small problem in our downstairs bathroom for free while we were deciding, which we would never have expected. Yay!
I really have a lot of trust that the people who work at Pros Plumbing actually care about doing good, thorough work, and that they really know what they are doing.
